Guru dianggap profesi yang banyak tahu tentang banyak hal.Dibanding dengan profesi yang lain maka guru mempunyai nilai plus dari pada profesi yang lain. Tidak mengherankan kalau guru merupakan nara sumber orang bertanya tentang sesuatu hal.
Mengapa guru dianggap tahu tentang banyak hal? Karena guru lebih sering membaca tentang ilmu pengetahuan. Guru itu sering membaca buku-buku.

Seharusnya guru itu mempunyai sikap tegas.
Mempunyai sikap tegas itu karena tugas guru adalah menegakkan aturan disiplin untuk para muridnya.Tidak mungkin menegakkan aturan disiplin dengan cara sendau gurau atau guyonan.
Dengn mempunyai sikap tegas maka para muridnya akan patuh dan taat pada aturan disiplin yang berlaku.
Ketika ada murid yang melanggar aturan disiplin maka seharusnya guru itu memberi teguran, peringatan bahkan memberi sangsi terhadap murid itu.Guru tidak boleh ragu-ragu atau mungkin merasa takut untuk melakukan hal itu.
